1. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds for consulting services under the following conditions:
- Request must be made within 14 days of purchase (Consumer Rights Act compliance)
- The service must not have been fully delivered or attended
- The refund request must include a valid reason
2. Refund Timeframe
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of your purchase
- After approval, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Completed consultations or sessions attended
- Partially consumed services or materials delivered
- Services where the full time period has expired
- Refund requests made outside the 14-day window
4. Special Circumstances
We will consider refunds outside the standard policy in cases of:
- Service cancellation by Livepower
- Technical failure preventing service delivery
- Service not matching the description provided

5. Cancellation of Scheduled Sessions
- Cancellations 48+ hours before: Full refund or reschedule at no charge
- Cancellations 24–48 hours before: 50% refund or reschedule with fee
- Cancellations less than 24 hours before: No refund; reschedule with full fee for new session
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Contact us at info@livepower.world within 14 days of purchase
- Include your order details and reason for refund
- We will review and respond within 5 business days
- Upon approval, funds are returned to your original payment method
7. Payment Method Charges
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take 3–5 business days to process the refund into your account. We are not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.
8. Exceptions
No refund will be issued for:
- Change of mind after attending a session (aside from the 14-day period)
- Misunderstanding about service content or expectations
- Issues arising from circumstances beyond our control (e.g., technical problems on your end)
9. Amendments and Variations
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy. Changes apply to services purchased after the modification date. Your rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
